The North Grenville Arts Guild offers display grid rentals to organizations and groups holding larger exhibitions, shows or events.

To keep the program manageable for our volunteers, we have moved away from small, individual rentals. Our current rental program is designed for organizations that need a larger quantity of grids and can coordinate the rental as a group.

Rental Requirements

• Minimum rental: $200 worth of display grids
• Eligible renters: Organizations and groups
• Pickup: One coordinated pickup for the complete rental
• Return: One coordinated return for the complete rental
• Individual rentals: Not available
• Rentals to individual participants within an organization: Not available

Rental Fees

• $5.00 per display grid per day
• Minimum rental fee: $200
• Late returns will be charged at $5.00 per grid per day.
• Replacement cost for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned grids: $100.00 per grid

Payment

• Payment must be made via etransfer only to northgrenvilleartsguild@gmail.com.
• Rental reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

If you are participating in an event organized by a group, please have the event organizer or organization contact us to arrange the grid rental on behalf of the group.

Why have we changed our rental policy?

Our display grid rental program is managed by Guild volunteers. Over time, coordinating numerous small rentals, individual pickups and returns required a significant amount of volunteer time and administration.

By focusing on larger organizational rentals with a minimum $200 order and a single pickup and return, we can continue to provide this service while making much better use of our volunteers’ time.
